SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

Local Pickup Orders may be picked up in store at 213 South Howard Ave., Tampa, FL 33606 during regular store hours. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email] so we can file a claim and make it right.
